not paying compensation for delay in possession
i have bought a flat in Vishwrant wadi Pune, (Project: La Tierra Developers: Shriram Housing : Partners: Nitin Agarwal / Rakesh Agarwal), i had booked this flat in around Feb 2007 with possession date of Dec 2007 as per the agreement,
the builder is not paying any compensation for the delay and also not giving any concrete date for possession as well....
