I had purchased a Studio Apartment being built by the builder SHUBHKAMNA BUILDTECH PVT. LTD. in Sector-137, Noida in Nov 2011. I had made a full down payment of Rs 23 Lacs against my flat under a scheme of builder whereby i was supposed to get 14% per annum assured return till possession of the apartment which is scheduled by Dec 2013. I also received these monthly post dated cheques.
