Shuttle is Unsafe

Today I have availed shuttle service using shuttle app. The Shuttle number is WB 19 K 5602. I need to get down at Kalikapur(Ruchira). The Bus driver asked to get down at signal. But due to my safety I did not get down and asked him to drop me at right bus stop.

Un-unsed rides not added in pass

Generally unused rides gets added to pass, after every recharge. In my case unused rides was not added to my pass but a coupon with limited time-period was provided. I could not consume all the un-used rides. Now Shuttl is not providing another coupon or adding those rides in my pass....

Poor Service

I have taken a Pass for 4 rides worth Rs 380/- which is valid for 9 days. But before I could avail all my pass, the app service becomes unavailable for me. I have been trying it for full day but could not avail this service. This is a very poor service. It now showing unavailable to reach the server. Shuttl bus did not stop at designated spot

I had booked a ride on the Shuttl app for a seat on the bus WB 25J 3992 which was supposed to pick me up at the location "Ecospace Entry gate, Rajarhat" at 6:25 pm on 27th February, 2023. I had reached the spot 30 mins earlier, and had waited for it till it came, but inspite of my repeated waving, the bus did not stop even for 1 second at the designated spot. Driver gave me serious threats

I had booked a shuttl service from 2-3 chowk in NIT, Faridabad, the driver did not stop at the stop and starting giving serious threats and used abusive language when confronted about the same. The WORST BUS SERVICE EVER, would NOT recommend at all....

charged for not taking the ride/refund amount

I booked a pass to use the shuttle service, and i have taken only a single ride, but i was charged thrice from the wallet stating even if i don't take a ride it will be considered as taken, i really don't understand how can i ride be considered as taken if the person not boarded the shuttle and they have deducted 70% from the wallet stating it's a cancellation fee.
I did not get my money back as the pass got expired....

shuttle app - refusing to refund money

I booked the shuttle from shuttl app today. I was there 10 mins prior, it did not picked me up from source location. It was in too much hurry.

I am trying to rescheduling it. It is not allowing me to reschedule as no car available.

didn't receive refund for pass

shuttl bus not come at stop point

pass prices increasing at a higher rate

fraudulent refund of renew amount.

they can change the route suddenly and without prior information
