Today I have availed shuttle service using shuttle app. The Shuttle number is WB 19 K 5602. I need to get down at Kalikapur(Ruchira). The Bus driver asked to get down at signal. But due to my safety I did not get down and asked him to drop me at right bus stop.

The shuttl app did not refund my money even after 10 days despite notifying me that they will refund it within 5-7 days....

Generally unused rides gets added to pass, after every recharge. In my case unused rides was not added to my pass but a coupon with limited time-period was provided. I could not consume all the un-used rides. Now Shuttl is not providing another coupon or adding those rides in my pass....

I have taken a Pass for 4 rides worth Rs 380/- which is valid for 9 days. But before I could avail all my pass, the app service becomes unavailable for me. I have been trying it for full day but could not avail this service. This is a very poor service. It now showing unavailable to reach the server. I had booked a ride on the Shuttl app for a seat on the bus WB 25J 3992 which was supposed to pick me up at the location "Ecospace Entry gate, Rajarhat" at 6:25 pm on 27th February, 2023. I had reached the spot 30 mins earlier, and had waited for it till it came, but inspite of my repeated waving, the bus did not stop even for 1 second at the designated spot. The money got deducted from my bank account and the transaction was successful but the ride voucher was not purchased. I complained the same thing to the customer care, they mentioned that due to some technical issues it got stuck but not reversed and said that they have initiated the refund amount and it will be credited within 5-7 business days. I booked a pass to use the shuttle service, and i have taken only a single ride, but i was charged thrice from the wallet stating even if i don't take a ride it will be considered as taken, i really don't understand how can i ride be considered as taken if the person not boarded the shuttle and they have deducted 70% from the wallet stating it's a cancellation fee.

After speaking with your customer executive, when i tried to change my drop location to iffco chawk, even though the system is showing me the same message “ passes for this route are not available”.

Please do the needful at the earliest, not able to book my ride for the evening due to this issue.

I am using shuttl to come office from dwarka mor flyover to kotak/religare sector 125, noida.
I booked daily shuttl bus number dl1pd 1461at 7.57 am at the dwarka mor flyover but the shuttl's driver went over the flyover and not come at stop point. The time slots are not sufficient.It is not following any office timings, the morning rides are starting from 11:00am before it was not.
