One of the worst service providers in the market. Totally non responsive customer care. Buses breakdown every single day. Then you need to book a uber or ola to reach office late. Made the worst decision of my life to have purchased shuttl pass and now got stuck! Stay away if you don't want to get stuck on the roads every day.

First shuttl sends notification to all users saying 30% cashback on purchase of 10day pass. That's all it says. When I bought the pass and didn't receive any cashback, I asked them why I didn't receive, might be some technical error. They said they offer was not for me, it was for renewal of 10day pass. Its been many times i am unable to locate my bus i have booked the shuttl for 05.43 pm (bus no 3311) and i have reached my pick up point at 05.39 but i was keep standing till 6.03 there's no update about that bus (shows the error message). I have also traveled in same bus before face same issue .. I am standing in middle of the road right now because of shuttl. It was last shuttl driver went over the flyover and not stopped at the point. The number was 9204 (Force) which was late 40 minutes and it was last shuttle and i talked swati the supervisor and she said we will refund back your ride.

A big question is shuttl is actually helping travellers or creating equal issue for them.
I myself has face the issue 5-6 times.
Firsty, their app did not works properly, even if app works they are unable to track shuttle due to which mostly shuttl get missed.
Further to that they do not give the option to cancel a ride and we cannot book the slot of another shuttl, we only get the option to reshedule.

On 5th may 2019, i was trying to book the 8.22 am shuttl (Bhandup pumping station) for 6th may morning. I live in hyderabad and i came across so many rash drivers of shuttl from past one week. I really don't understand why the hell these drivers are in a hurry and bothering common people driving beside them. These # donno how to follow traffic rules and are really poor at driving those so called shuttl buses. I want some immediate action against all these reckless drivers in hyderabad....

I am a regular customer commuting using vehicles provided by the shuttl app. My usual morning pick up point is behala chowrasta near sbi and the same location serves as the drop point during the evening ride back home. However, yesterday evening's ride back home proved to be a shocking experience, as i found out that the drop point had changed! Previously i used to come to office using commut app, later shuttl has took over the commut on 6th of august. I have paid for august monthly pass to commut. Worse service ever!
I have been using your services for a long time now but i think i should choose some other means of transportation.
You people have zero respect for anyone else’s time, especially the driver of shuttl no. 3817.

Shuttl has designated pick up & drop points.

They are so badly shortlisted without considering the
1) fact how safe they are for women commuter
2) distance among any 2 consecutive points
3) how safe they are for stopping a bus an how much they are disturbing the flowing traffic.

Problem that i face is that distance between my 'designated' drop point (Say a) and the next drop point (Say b)...

I booked my shuttl today morning, ride id - 5438505, shuttl number hr55ab0580. I boarded my bus from laxminagar, and validated my pass. The bus was full, and then another commuter boarded from ito. Since there was no seat left, the witch hunting of the extra passenger started....

1 people give false commitments in writing
2 on complaining, customer service do not even reply on email
3 90% of the times before the booking opens, it shows sold out.
4 ac of most of the shuttl are in a bad condition
5 force customer to buy most expensive pass to avail discounted price per ride but every time its sold out
6 within fraction of seconds of booking getting opened at times, it shows sold out...
