WE REGULARLY TRIED TO CONTACT WITH THE AGENCY TO KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM BUT THEY REGULARLY AVOID US. NOW A DAYS THEY KEEP SOME ANTI-SOCIAL PERSONS TO THREAT US. WE BOOKED OUR GAS ONLINE ALSO, BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE VALUE TO THAT DOCUMENTS. WE DOWNLOAD THE DELIVERY REPORT OF OUR ONLINE BOOKING, WE FIND...

Delay in delivery of gas cylinder

Sir/Madam,
I book a gas cylinder after 21 days from the date of its delivery. But the distributor delays in delivering a gas cylinder. He delivers it after a month or so, which is causing much problems for cooking . Because of delay in supply of Gas cylinder i am compelled to purchase from black market at much higher price.
I therefore, request you to look into the matter seriously...
