Hi sir,

My mom had been to makkah and she parceled one box to india in the month of september. Please find bill details alond with consumer number.

Even now we are not getting any response when we call the contact numbers present in the bill.

Could you please help us how can we get our parcel back. There are some sentimental valuble items which are present in that box. Please find below details...

Parcel sent it by Sitex international courier and cargo, Hail, Saudi Arabia on[protected].. its been 4 and half months but there is no delivery or information regarding it. My brother is wandering there in Saudi for the information about the parcel but all in vain..Kindly consider our complain asap and take action. Plz give authentic details about it and deliver it asap...

This is to inform you that my parcel from saudi arabia not reached on time till date. My parcel which i send on 06/09/2018 from sit ex international courier and cargo from makkah saudi arabia. The information which provided by the site staff that to be reached within 15 days from the date of delivery. Now its already 3 months past and the contact number which is provide on receipt is not on service for your information my id iquama number...

I had sent cargo from sitex international courier and cargo from madinah on 29/09/18 they said it wil reach within 25 days but its been a month now i havnt received my parcel yet. Here in madinah the sitex international courier and cargo company has been shut down n there phone numbers are not reachable whom should i contact now to check my status of parcel....
