Delays and untrustworthy
SJR group is a very selfish, unprofessional and mean group. One thing is guranteed when you purchase property with them is that you will suffer and suffer all the time. Its a psychological pain. They have delayed projects Brookyln and delivered the clubhouse in Park vista 2 years after residents move in. They are a bunch of liars and now are causing problems in handing over the Maintenance to the association. SJR also converetd the area shown...
