We have sent a courier painting to san jose before on sept 15 but after two months still painting not reached to destination...

Am gautam my contact number is [protected] my item is been detained at customs and the skynet team says they can’t release it and the shipment distroyed is mentioned on the tracking and until unless it’s sent back I will not get the refund from the seller and even the seller claims the product is back and they have raised refund but haven’t received any please some how release the package...

A very important document was received by skynet couriers in delhi on 25th of may but they did not send the document to the given adress till now today is 29yh of may , i tried so many times to contact mr. tanvir manager of skynet and his staff members [protected] was his contact no. he reacted very badly with me and didnt reply me when i contacted him several times. i am very tired of calling them again and again . my trust has been hurted...

just for consumer awareness:skynet courier chennai is the one of the worst courier service provider.they are simply cheating customers.here is the best example:i had purchased a electronic product in china i paid courier charges as well as customs duty.after that this skynet people simply written in their documents 600rs for clearence since the product worth is 1000 i had paid duty taxes and all those things,after that they are demanding...

This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. A company send a courier thru this company. Even after 1 week i didnt get the parcel. I searched for skynet courier in my town in internet, but couldnt find one. I got an airway mail no. But when i tried to track, i got the message that it doesnot exist.
