change of gender

Correction to be made of the gender of my son deepak siroya from female to male as registered in the
Smart card. So kindly make the changes in the smart card without any delay in the same.
I hope the you will consider my complaint at the earliest without further
Delay for the smooth registration of the passport and other document...

not received of canteen smart card

Sir, i apply for new canteen smart card after expire of old smart cardga[protected]p00 at urc 59 arty bde c/o 99 apo.
I received the message from your side that your application have been received for new card on 13 apr 2018.
But sir after fifteen days i have not received any message about card dispatch or new card is done.
Sothat due to not received of new cards i am facing the problem to purchase needful house hold...

wrong deduction

My Eastern Railway Smart card no is ER0061458 and i have used it at Sonarpur Railway Station on 15.07.13. did not get ticket but deducted Rs. 10 from my balance.Reported it to concerned authority but he didnot take any initiative to redress there after I also purchased two tickets of Rs.20 from the other machine .Please stop this type of cheating . And refund me my balance as well as balance of other people who were cheated in the same...

Non receipt of smart card even after 2 months

I was told that Smart card will be sent within 30 days....But I still havn't recieved my smart card even after 60 days.
I would request some body to look into this please....

Charge taken due to Metro Railways fault

I had taken a Smart Card (No.[protected] on July 2011 at the cost of Rs.300 (Three hundred), it was said that the validity will be one year, but due to their system issue its showing as three months validity. Now after three months on the particular date 30/09/2011 it was not working while the balance was Rs.74.00(Seventy four rupees) and I have gone to the station in-charge, they said you can recharge and we will make it ok, but the Rs.74.00...

my self manish kumar esic no [protected] i have provide photo with family at 26/11/2010 by nangloi local office smart card camp but i have not receive my smart card till date 20/02/2011 & no any reply by local office mayapuri ( usha manager ) she told i am not genrate your card so cannot come hear so i want know who he reply me about my smart card...
