However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

call disconnect, mobile hang, one way talk
my call is disconnected in calling time, i was call in service centre many time but the call is disconnected in middle on call, and the service providor are say to me this time our servor is down, and this type of commetment is meny time to say me, so i requested to u my sim card will be changed by the company otherwise solve my proble within two hour's and my amount will be refunded becose charges dedected by the company but not solve...

renewal of caller ring tones without my confirmation and immediately charge to my prepaid load sent by 2728, i asked for assistance at 888 customer service but did not response on my immediately. i want to stop sending chargeable SMS without confirmation to phone number, [protected] especially caller ringtones and other alerts....
