My videocon refrigerator was not working so i contacted smart services they charged 6320/rs in lieu of ssrvices without any fuss payment was made by me they gave warranty of 1year but the very next day it was not working they came and opened a parr which they had replaced the previous day from that day inspite of repeatedly calling them they are ignoring the matter i told them of complaining but they said i can do whatever i can.
