I have purchased sku:wc2 from the order id: sw35011 dt. Of delivery is 17tmay 2019.
As per direction i charged the battery for more than 3hrs. But it's not getting start no response. I took the item in jiffy after finding in fb. I found they they are chitter. No contact no. My money rs. 2099/-gone waste. Legal action to be taken against the supplier....

Cheat on customer as watch shown in cataloge and actual are totally different in look and specification.

Sir, i need to beg your attention to this matter and i ordered a nice smart watch on march 28 2019 amount was rs. 2099 in online site "smart wrist watch.in" order no sw27050 kindly return this product because i have received the different companies product which is wrong, and it's also not working due to low battery and its charging cable is also not working...

I ordered smart watch from unitech arcadia but it is completely different from that shown in picture. The quality is also cheap. My 2000 rs is gone and now i dont even havr their phonr number to ask for refund. Please help me and save other consumers from such fraudsters. They will kep fooling people and looting money... Its our hard esrned money and wish this forum will help me in gaining it back.. hoping for a positive reply...

I am not satisfied with the product. The quality of the watch is worst. Not working properly. Kindly provide the return policy or complaint number. The product is pathetic & kindly refund my money or else i wil take some serious action in social media & at company itself, as they were showing on facebook the wrong information about the product & there is also no return process given....
