I am reporting the incident happened with me today. I ordered a smartwatch w34 on website smartwatchis.com through a advertisement poping-up in facebook. The amount of watch shown was rs. 1699. The details of the order is as below:

Order date: 05 february 2020 time 07:16 am (Mail copy attached).
Product - w-series34 waterproof smart watch - 80%off-last day promotion × 1
Amount - 1699 to be paid as cash on deliverybr...

The company is advertising on face book and are supplying with the third grade analog watch instead. Please be careful and do not order from this website. This is a fraudalent company and making money with wrong means.

The address and the contact number on the invoice is fake as well. They are using blue dart for shipping the product and even blue dart doesnot disclose their contact number....

I have seen the advertisement in instagram & later i ordered smart watch (Gen 5 smartwatch - julianna hr black stainless steel) from this website directly and then paid full in cash to blue dart courier. Later when i have checked the product it is not what i have ordered so cheap quality, it is not even working. I have been cheated by them. Not just me so many...

Saw advertise on facebook about W-series 34 smart watch with the price of 1699/-. I ordered watch & watch delivered by blue dart with way bill number [protected]. after opening box i found 3rd class watch's 3 no’s not even 100rs worth, it was also in damaged condition(find the attached photos). site was smartwatchis.com after delivery i contacted blue dart and asked about shipper address. Hi i bought watch dzt2011 from smartwatchis.com. They were showing the copy of diesel watch dzt2011 for 1599, but they have cheated me with some 100 rs duplicate watch from the street.. Its neither a copy nor branded. These watches come with the price range if 50 to 100 in my area on footpath. The compamy name is shri enterprises, hissar and its gst number is 06hwmps4152qzj
Pls help and refund my money....
