They scammed me into paying the money for the entire treatment that was to last for 3 months and its been ten months and a million follow ups but my treatment remains incomplete....

We are a recruitment consultant, we were working with smiles.ai and we provided our services to them, we raised the invoice in February but we didn’t receive the payment yet, we are trying to connect with with HR team and Hitesh Kakrani (CEO) but no one is answering our call, one of the coordinating person were settling the amount in 2, 00, 000, when I ask the reason he said company doesn’t have funds and we are waiting for new investor....

The coy sends its reps young dentist to ur home with online consultation with sr dentist for assessment of treatment. You r given impression that they all are employees of coy n given assurances of vast network of clinics n doctors. Later I came to know that it’s all third party arrangements that too with highly unprofessional doctors who cancels appointments at last moment citing personal domestic obligations. Got trapped....

Hi, Its been more than 15 days. I have no details on refund. There customer care center is useless. For new connection, they will hunt you and repeated call and for refund there is no tracking.
