Stop receiving messages

I have suddenly started receiving messages from this internet SMS company when I have not even registered or rather don't even know about their existence. As far as marketing is concerned, I understand but whenn the messages start coming at 1.30 am, it really bothers. As per the Bombay High Court judgment all marketing and service sms cannot be send between 9pm to 9am, although I wonder if that is implemented. Please take strict action...

invalid password

When ever i log in every time it says invalid password . I always have to send sms to [protected] for knowing my password . Again when i log in next time it again say's invalid password. It has been happening from past four day's . When ever i send messages from my mobile they are received late by other's . At first they were late only by 15 to 20 minutes but now they are going late by 3 to 4 hours and some times by 8 to 9 hours....
