Snap Fitness HSR Layout Branch as shut down without intimating to the members,

Received a mail that 50% of the amount will be refunded, but not refunded yet after waiting period of more than 6 months.

E-Mail ID has been removed & incoming calls of Snap Fitness [protected] has been barred. Not able to reach them.

Need Help how to claim the amount....

Hi, I enrolled for an annual membership in Snap fitness (HSR Layout, Bangalore). They have closed down the branch without any prior notice and I have 9 months of my membership left. I don’t know whom to contact or how to get my refund....

Gym is in closed state without proper notice to customers. I have taken one year membership and I am not sure whom should I reach out to. I tried calling the official number from their website but all the numbers are switched off or not existed. They turned out to be cheaters and looted customers money....

I took 12+1 months' membership in aug 2019 in kalyan nagar, bangalore branch. Now i want to transfer the membership to hsr layout, bangalore branch.

About 6 months of membership is remaining.

The kalyan nagar manager is behaving very unprofessionally and he is not sending an email allowing me to use the hsr layout gym and not doing the transfer.

I have requested several times...

Am rita and i had taken membership in indiranagar and now want to transfer to kalyan nagar. Am asked to pay the transfer amount and some difference amount... When i took the membership in indiranagar i was not told about this difference amount. This is crazy. Plus the front desk guys didn't help to get me...

Hi, i got my back hurt due to guidance of gym instructor.
i have been reported this to Whitefield Bangalore Branch (i have joined the Whitefield Bangalore branch) and generally trainers are only helpfull to the personal trainees.
I'm disheartened to see this situation for the brand.. I'm just requesting my remaining 7 months membership money I'm not getting response on that.

I would like someone to take action...

I was a member of snapfitness saket. I joined the club 3 months ago by taking the annual membership of rs 14000 approx. After 2 months, the club shut down without any prior notification or information. And its been more than a month now, the members are chasing them for refund. These people are not responding. However, they said initially that they will refund within a month but we all are still waiting. Please help!...

I took a annual membership in snap fitness (Saket) for rs 12999, in august of 2017.in third month of my membership (October) they closed the gym coz they don't pay the electricity bill and rent of the place. Then i write a mail to c. E. O of snap fitness india, he replied me the gym will open within 10 days or your money will be refund but yet i haven't receive any money, call, mail or any thing so i requested you to please help me....

Some months back snap fitness 24/7 got opened in indirapuram. I was quite familiar with the name and brand. And after visiting the place, i took an annual membership for the same. The payment i made was through net bank transfer and they said the receipt would be given in some days.

All of a sudden after 3-4 months or so there were bad experiences like no power, gym closed without any notices, ac not working...
