I want to return a product which i had been order and had place return request but due to some personal problem i have to cancel the return request but nown i want to return the product but unable tu for it because the return request is closed... I really don't want the product the quality is so bad and design is not appropriate as given in the photo during order.......

I have order samsung mobile phone from snepdeal on 17 jul 2018.

Now, samsung is not accepting warranty. They need letter from snap deal that they have sold this product late and it's still under warranty.
With all details (Imei number and my name as buyer etc..).
