This company is completely a fraud. I had paid the complete service amount of rupees 3000. The technician replaced all but one part and told me that he will replace the remaining part(RO) the next day as he had forgotten the tools. He left the remaining part at our home. He assured me that the bill will be sent to my email ID.

I had purchased the aqua grand water purifier from sona water solutions. I was told that it is 1 year 3 maintenance free with replacement. But during the 1 year i have been calling sona water purifiers but no one has come to my place. They have been giving me different numbers of technicians who would be coming, but finally no one attends the call. It is 1.5 years. There has been no services done.
