I bought the sony mobile xperia g3416xa1 plus gold for rs 19, 990 from bajaj electronics, banjara hills, hyderabad, telenga on 23/05/18
After just a couple of days the phone started hanging/freezing. I could not make calls or use the phone without it hanging every few mins.
Since phone was in warranty i took to a registered sony service centre, they said it was a software problem and wanted to upload the software again assuring...
