I ordered a combo of shirt for rupees 998 but received a combo of t-shirts of very bad quality. I am very much annoyed with this. Please help me in getting out of this. I ordered this product because i saw it’s advertisement on a social media site so i ordered 2 shirts. But today i got the delivery and it’s not upto the mark. I am angry and want that you should help me in getting my right secured...

I order for smart watch but i got charger now how shall i get refund i want refund for this i paid rs 1999 /- i order for colour smart watch and also for wireless headphones but they delivered only headphones which is also of cheap quality and cheap charger which is not more than 200 rs worth and the headphones also seems to be cheap not more than 500 and they don’t have contact no so i can contact them they have only support on email so...

I recieved a very sub standard chinese product with no charger no manual oacked in bubble wrap even 200₹shoes are packed better than this. Description on website says something else and here you get ### out out the box. No proper customer support. This product is not even close to what they have liated on website.website says waranty you don't have bill for that they are collecting money in black. Their is no way you can...

I received the below order on 15th march, however, it has different items all together with respect to what i ordered and what is even mentioned on the website (www.soundexpert.co)

I ordered the combo of wireless headphones and colorfit smart watch and i received wireless charger and earphones. I'm attaching the photographs of the packet which mentions in the description that it has what i ordered but actually contains different...

I ordered for the wireless headphons and colourfit smart watch for 1900 as shown on website but instead i received a cheap quality wireless charger and a neckband earphones which i did not even bother to open.
Since they have no customer care number i've mailed them on customer support but still no reply.
I want to cancel the order and want my money refund....

As seen online ink’d wireless neckband & colorfit smartwatch... I ordered for cash on delivery.. The product was totally different from original as seen online and not received the smart watch... Kindly help to get refund for the same... Also sent emails on [protected]@soundxpert.co for the same problems... But yielded no results... As they don't have any contacts wherein consumer can contact directly to better explain the defective product...

I ordered Sony Bluetooth headphones from soundexpert.co, which was delivered on 12 Mar 19 ...after opening of the packed box I was shocked to see a very cheap product not having any company's logo or name on it...I ordered for Sony Bluetooth headphones but received a cheap headphones set...now I want to return n get the refund of my Rs.1900/-...kindly help to get the product returned and refund of my hard earned money......
