D/Sirs,
For transfer of my Tamilnad/Chennai a/c No: TN/12110/351 from1981 to1998 is not transferred to Bangalore after submission of Form13, so my entire P/F including Karnataka bearing No: KN/4040/1495 upto 2002, January is still pending to get. Kindly let me know further in this regard to get it early.

For transfer of my Tamilnad/Chennai a/c No: TN/12110/351 from1981 to1998 is not transferred to Bangalore after submission of Form13, so my entire P/F including Karnataka bearing No: KN/4040/1495 upto 2002, January is still pending to get. Kindly let me know further in this regard to get it early.
