This gas agency is doing very worst Services. Everytime I received my cylinder after booking of 10 days. They ar not pick up the calls.very irritating fellows....

Invoice has been generated.so I have provided the correct amount as shown in invoice plus rs 20.but the staff is demanding more money....

The gas cylinder under issue was delivered on 02/11/2017 on my booking. It was checked by the delivery person regarding the presence of rubber bush in it and found to be alright. But today when it was taken for use, the gas was leaking. The agency concerned was informed of the fault and requested to depute a mechanic to set it right. They mechanic replaced the old bush by a new one and produced a bill for rent.150/-. This is not my fault...

Consumer no 28509...There is always a threat that if you dont pay Rs 75 towards checking we will not deliver gas.Today we were confronted with the similar situation of extortion.On top of that they demand a tip...which we give otherwise next month onwards you will have to pick up your cylinder from our office.
There is no response to telephone calls the phones are kept off the hook or keep ringing...

The guys that deliver the cylinders demand extra money. As it is they dont tender change and despite the fact that there is Rs 18 extra already, he demands Rs 10 on top of that taking teh cost up by almost Rs 30 per delivery. Old people that are alone, feel threatened. A few months ago, one such delivery guy even said, "please complain to whoever you want, my name is (Some christian name, I fail to remember) and lets see...

Booking has been made before navarathri. I also mentioned that during that time we need the gas desperately. At that time no booking no or ref no. was given. I was told within ten days the gas will come. Today after repeated reminders thro the week i was told my gas was booked only on nineteenth.
The staff are really reckless and there is no proper booking system or order in the way things are...

South Madras Gas Agency- closes their System based booking under the pretext of not working. This happens 100% of their operations. Diverting the Gas to commercial establishments at a higher premium is their modus-operandi.
Want to know the statistics on the uptime of their system in the past one year. This statement will prove my point.

My consumer no. 73296 - South Madras gas agency, RA puram, Chennai-600028
I have booked for supply of refill on 14/7/2009. Till date, I have not recd the cylinder. I have called 5 times, visited their office twice. Each time, they say whatever they feel like- 1 day, 1week, 2days and soon. I went there to give a complaint to the superior. But there is nobody in a responsible position to answer. There is no remorse...

I am a valued customer of Indane Gas for more than 30 years. Currently the LPG supplies are attached to one of the dealer by name South Madras Gas Agency, located in Madaveli, Chennai-28, vide their customer reference no.65882.
My last delivery of cylinder was made on 17.01.09. Subsequently during last week, when I tried to book for renewal of cylinder, I was told to contact on 17.03.09. I was surprised...
