I had booked saree from www.southsarees.com, but unfortunately they have delivered different design, different pattern saree. I have requested for return and refund, but no response from them. I want to complain so that they will be taken seriously and enquired. Online shopping frauds need to stopped. There is no contact number also from their side. No proper address also. Feeling tired of contacting them...

On may 2, i've purchased a saree from www.southsarees.com website,
In the mode of cash on delivery (Cod), on may9th i received that product and paid an amount of rs.1250/-. When i sealed off the product, i came to know that i've got a wrong product which is completely different from what i ordered in the website. I've mailed them and asked for a refund or return but they are not willing to take any action and not giving me refund/return....

Online portal www.south sarees
I have ordered 5 sarees as shown on the website after selection as cash on delivery value Rs 7540/-.
At the time of delivery, I have paid the money Rs 7540/-.
Sarees delivered by the company is entirely different and bogus.
contact no given in the portal is not responding Ie. [protected].
I want to deliver me sarees as i ordered or refund my money....
