An urgent letter to deutsche bank in germany i sent on 01/12/17 from h. O. Thrissur at noon time.

On 05/12/17 was the last entry by kochi emsm: “insert item into bag (Otb)” for next office destination “frankfurt/flughafen” - after return from customs kochi.

Yesterday (8/12/17) i left myself kochi by flight and reached frankfurt flughafen at about noon the same day.

The outer fabric cover had been cut, some items removed and then the cover had been stitched back and sealed so that it looked untouched. I have sent one letter on 01/06/10 of no.EM[protected]IN from Pune to Gwalior via Speed post. It has been 7 days now but the letter is still not yet delivered. I tried to contact each speed post centre of Pune and Gwalior but they are not ready to do anything on this.

I have sent a very important article from chennai to Noida through speed post on 11th of April 2009. But still that article has not reached Noida(Receipient) yet. I have called my local post office, head post office, call center, every where. They dont even care to respond properly. They always say that they are working on it. The article which I sent is very very important and they dont understand the seriousness....

It is the same in US too. My parents booked a speed post from India to US. It reached JFK( New York) in 24 h on 21 Feb and then took 25 days to get delivered in Washington....

One speed post having consignment no. EM[protected]IN was despatched to my address on 13/12/2007 from Mumbai. It contained an important cheque. It returned to Mumbai after reaching Bhopal without any intimation to us. After this we found out the consignment no. etc from the sender and tried to enquire about it from our local post office which is P.O. GOVINDPURA on 1/1/2008. I was shocked at the callous and indifferent attitude and the inefficiency...

Please be advised that a speed post was send by the Regional Passport office Kolkata containing my passport on Monday 29th October 2007
I still havnt recd the passport ...the speed post no is SP1007, please chase it and reply asap as it is very urgent ....
