I ordered food items on spencer's retailer application online worth rs. 827/- through debit card on 11th april 2020. The order got cancelled eventually next day i. E on 12th april 2020 at 5.40pm but i didn't receive any refund till date i. E 02nd may 2020. i am ex emp in spencers (hyd).doj 04 sep 07 till 27 dec 2010.
F&f was clear.But pf was not at setteld.till now the is not sms pf office.
PF No: wb/ca/48046/16499.
Note :-whenever i recived sms from pf office. i have to wait another 2 months.So please submit my form at kolkata.
