Dear sir,

Royal enfield and royal enfield authorize center is playing with me and my patience. I am not happy with royal enfield. Sorry to say this.

On wednesday (12.07.17- 7:45 am aprx.) i have given my bike tb350 for general service at sri venkateswara bike zone, pallikaranai, chennai. For service and spares i have paid for rs.4, 248/- i took delivery on 14.07.17 by evening around 7:40pm.

Two days back I went there with my Thunderbird 350 for service. When I was entering, I was shocked seeing a Service Mechanic guy handling his customer's bike terribly bad. He broke the red indicator. I have requested him to handle customer's bike properly. They said that if something happened because of service, they will take responsibility. They gave my 1 year old bike after service at 6, 30PM.
