transaction failed in irctc app but amount taken from the bank account through bhim app

I tried to book train ticket from chennai to salem through bhim app rezorpay. But the amount was successfully debited for rs225 from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app. So please concern about this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. Relocation of EB transformer

3g internet and balance

I am using Xolo Q1100 Mobile, last Oct-31-2015 Recharge 3g plan Rs.255/-.
Recharge is successful but the internet not working, then i am trying to every day morning and evening (more than 20 times) contact customers care nobody his taking call, only the reply is all agents are busy...please try again later, now i am losing my rs.225/- so please don't use aircel sim.. its my humble request... my mobile no.[protected]...

Poor speed of tata docomo wi fi

My Photon wi fi No. Is [protected] . I have made several complaints to Tata Docomo about very poor internet speed. They wrote to me saying that due to heavy traffic congestion they are unable to give the assured speed for which they are charging.

Now, it is established about the poor service of Tata Docomo and there is no way other than closing my account with Tata Docomo.

All I want now is how to to challenge...
