My school authority is not Issuing my Admit card although I have paid my fees .Just because I'm not attending my coaching regularly....

Despite of several complaints to the principal of St. Joseph Convent School, Berhampur (Odisha) 760001 course is not being completed within the time frame, as well as notes are not being properly checked by the teachers. Not only 1/2 teachers whole classes are being effected.
Despite of several interaction with the principal she is not taking any action towards his staff.

I had lost my SLC.And for this i have mentioned its report in nearest police station.I had also submitted all the necessary documents and a fine of amount rs.500 for availing me with new SLC.
I passed both clasa 10th and bihar polytechnic examination this year.
I have to take admission in muzafarpur polytechnic college whose last date of admission is 14/10/2016.
I was fined rs 500 which is also enough.br...
