Today i visited stanmax store at laxminagar v3s mall. Really i must say the service is pathethic. One incident happened with me by mistake and they charged for 800 rs. I was just seeing the mug which has offer of buy one get one frre and mistakenly it cap falls down and broke into pieces. I just want to ask if this type of service you offered to your customers. I did not said anything because i know workers can't do anything but management...

I was frequent customer for stanmax from the last many years. Stanmax know for the quality and best customer service but in few days i had such a bad experience with your products and services which i never had earlier. I purchase one pullover from your V3S store new east delhi .quality of the product was so cheap. I asked your store man to get it ractify and alter the same.
