I have purchased 21 Teak Trees in Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd.'s Teak Equity Plan 0n 16/11/1993.
They issued a certificate on my application T51838 and its Certificate No. is L1807.

They are supposed to give me Rs, 16,800/- in 6th Year, Rs. 75,600/- in 12th year and Rs. 13,02,000/- in 2013 on the completion (maturity) of this plan.

But, so far nothing has been received and they really cheated...

Dear Sir,
I have purchased one Teak Tree on 28/11/1992 in my wife name S O Nagarathna vide their Application No. 667639 and Certificate No. T 35817 issued by the STM on 28/11/1992.
As per the terms Co. supposed to make Interim returns payable by 27/11/2012.

I have tried my best to locate their address ( address mentioned in the certificate is now changed as confirmed by one of my friend).

I had invested in Sterling Tree Magnum ( India) ltd on 20/07/1995.Application No: D 316062,Certificate No: I 12550 Name of the owner : Shailaja Kapila.
As per the promice during investment I would have recieved First interim Return on 20/07/2001 and second Interim return on 20/07/2007.
But still now I havn't got any returns on my investment.
So pl help me out in out settling this dispute favourably....

I had invested 5 Trees against Easy Retirement Teakquity (ERT) in Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd., 'Divyaa' No. 8A, Murrays Gate Road, Chennai 600018 on 09 Jan, 1996. As per scheme maturity scedule, two interim terun dates are already overdue but I got nothing from the company. There is no any communication from the company.

I havehad purchased the subject plan for 21 teak trees by paying near about 30,000/= Rs. They Issued a certificate (Certificate No. L 1807 dt. 15/03/1996) , guaranteed 1.06 Cu. I have invested approx. Rs. 50, 000/- for 20 trees ( 10 each Cert #6L1346 and 6L1347 ) in Dec 1997and supposed to get the 1st interim return due to be paid by 29/6/2004 and the

I had purchased a teak tree worth rs.1275, on 30/6/93 and its maturity date is 29/6/13 with assured mid term payments. However nither has ant mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.
