Hi, few days back I order a saree, and same time I am mailing to stribhava regarding not sure for ordering due to payment deductions but still some error is shown I right many mails but no revert from the site. I will add saree / payment confirmation and error screenshots for references.

I have received a wrong product. I ordered a pink embroidery lehnga choli... And received a yellow and green lehnga choli... And the design is also different.
The company is fraud, the customer care is not picking the call and also the email mentioned on their side for return of the product is also invalid...

Ordered a saree from stribhava.com. Not only did they send a completely different saree, but they also don't respond on time and they even removed the saree from their product page and told that i received what i ordered. The link that i used to order redirects me to a blank page in their site. I shop a lot online and this has been my worst experience so far.. They neither take the return or refund my amount....

I ordered silk saree on 27 jan and i got my order on 4 feb. The product was of ₹1500 but product i received is of cheapest quality. I tried calling them on their customer care number but they are not responding. I want my money back. Please help me out.

I had purchased cash on delivery white silver color sari after diwali rs. 1400/-. After receiving the sari, i saw i did not like it, so i sent a first mail on 18 november 2019 mail about the worst quality for which the price is not at all worth at all. But still then nobody is bothered in this case amazon is the best they revert back with a week they take the material back & return the money back immediately.

Hai everyone its regarding product quality about www.stribhava.com online saree store. I bought 2 sarees last month and its very poor quality and entirly different which they shown in their sites. When i realise was cheated and complaint about this but don't get any reply not yet and their customer service number is not working. So please guys don't buy any product from this site....

With reference to the above and the below details we would like to confirm that we would like to cancel the total order.

In this context please note we have received two items against sh[protected] ss18 and sh[protected] cd 472 which we would like to return as they are completely different from the picture given in your site.

Please arrange to take the return and refund the same in my bank account.

I ordered a saree a week ago on Stri Bhava, worth Rs.1399. Not, only is the design way too different from what was displayed, but the quality is worst. It is not even worth Rs.100.
Kindly suggest what action to take against such fraudster.

I have ordered a dress from stri bhava and as the material was not worth the amount, I wanted to return the dress to the store. As per the guidelines of the store Stri Bhava, we can return the product within 48 hours of delivery. But when we try to reach them through phone, there phone nevers gets reached and neither they respond back through mail. Kindly take action again then. Feel free to reach me at [protected].

I bought a saree of 1199 rs and it is not at all to my satisfaction. When i called the number provided on their web. The call gets ended. I tried to call the ecom express number that stribhava.com is tied up with and there is no response from them also. The awb number sent to me via sms does not work.
The quality is like paper thin material which is polyster and they claim it to be soft silk. It doesn't cost 1/10 the price....

My mother ordered 2 sarees from stribhava, first of all they canceled her order and then on their own sent 2 sarees which she never intended to buy, and those sarees are worst like tissue paper quality for which they have charged 1, 100 per saree, and when we tried to contact them it shows that their number does not exists, they read our message on whatsapp but do not reply. Please let me know how can we take any action against this seller....

Fraud, cheater, 3rd grade store...guys never buy anything from this site. This retailer is a big time fraud. I had ordered lehenga choli worth Rs. 1799, but it's not worth even half the money. Colours are totally different from the product in the photo. Tried sending mails but no response. I think it's a bogus company cheating online. Stern action should be taken.All the clothes displayed seem so good and the site page so elegant. Customers can get easily fooled by their website. I had ordered saree from this site worth rs.1799, but i received a horrible product which i didn't expect. I called many a times but they just ignored to talk to me on my call as they kept the receiver down after picking the call.

I purchased lehenga from this website for rs 1799. When i received it, it's not as shown in the picture. It is a very very low poor quality material. Return option is not available. Their phone number is switched off. When i commented on their facebook account, they blocked me. Please take an action. Many people are complaining about the same website....
