I ordered from this app and they are not picking up the calls not replying of my emails not messaging me on WhatsApp.
I already paid them and please do something I want my refund....

Paid for purchase of saree through this on line site using e wallet (Rs 1, 149.00). No delivery even after two weeks. Phone no. Given on web site not reachable despite numerous attempts.
I seem to have been cheated and this appears to be a fraudulent web site.
Complaints of various others who have been duped in similar way was noticed on making a web search....

I ordered the about product (Saree).
Stribhava cheated so many customers like me. Their customer care number is not responding. I mailed on their email id: query. [protected]@gmail.com. But they never replied.
I’m very much shocked how this kind of fraud companies are operating after being so many frauds. I’m going to file police...

I hard ordered ssh-332 design saree for myself which was listed at price of 1399 online. When delivered the invoice was billed to 1599. Moreover the product quality and specifications are not same as listed on the website.
The support team is not responding since days. No answers to phone calls/emails.

I ordered a saree through online after going through the ad catalogue. The saree I ordered and the saree I got are not the same. In terms of material it claimed soft silk for which I was charged 1200 rs and what got was some cheap paper cloth material. The design was not the same too.
Then I tried calling stribhava customer care number which is[protected].
The phone number is fake. The call ends immediately without ringing....

This is in regards to the online order #28721 (Onion pink colored traditional silk saree with blouse for women - cd593) ordered from stribhava (Address is 30, shubham industries, saniya hemad gam, surat, gujarat 395006). It's already been more than 20 days that i am not receiving any response.
The saree is damaged and of poor quality hence, i wish to return the product. I sent email to query... Email address since august 24 but never...

I booked a saree thru stribhava.com with cod option. At the time of booking it is said that i will receive in 3 days time. But i have received after one month. After received the product i came to know that the wrong product i have received, in next 5 minutes i have sent a mail to query. Stribhava.com. Also i have sent reminders. I called them on [protected]. They are not responding to my calls as well as mail. Please do the justice for me....

I had ordered a product (Product code - ss105) from the site. I recvieved delivery two days back and was recieved by my family member. On opening i found that the product was not the same as shown on the site and the quality was much more inferior didn't satisfy me! I want to initiate returnof the product but the customer service number seem to be off all day long! No reply for the mails i have done but i had no option except complaining...

I purchased a product from stribhava online clothing and the product received is very bad and worst as shown on website. Their website mentions about refund and replacement but their customer care is not responding. They have whatapp number also that's is also fraud not responding...

We ordred above said saree, and paid rs 1799/ (Cod) but when we open the pack we became to know that, we are cheated, we found one cheap saree not matching with our order, we tried to contact. I had ordered a silk saree design no.: #ss07. Received a pathetic shawl looking fabric. The colour is way different than shown in the picture on their website. Nobody answers the customer care number and there is no response to the mail i have sent to the given email id (As mentioned in the website).

They assure 100% money back guarantee and 24/7 customer care which is just to fool the customer. None of it seems to be true....
