I had ordered a set of two lingeries, what i recieved was completely different from the picture
And only recieved one set of it

The company name is suktams that can’t be found anywhere now...

I'm ve received a completely different product and it seems to be like used and even the size is different and i ve ordered 2 items but i ve received only one that too a different item anyways i wanted to return them back and i want refund my order number is #14922...

I ordered a set of lingerie and what i received was cheap and wrong product. I ordered on 6 july, recieved the wrong product and now looking for the company's id or contact details but in vain. Never gonna order again from any advertisement link......

Look i had orederd 3 sets of lingerie but i have recieved wrong ones and only 2 sets of it and i want you to take it back from me and give my cash back...

It is a fraud, I purchased 2 products and received just one and the product is not true .
Received just one product and is wrong.
Correct my product or refund me .
Otherwise I will sue you, trust me .
I cannot even reach the site now and more the ekart people are picking up.
Such a fraud company.

This is an worst site or experience and shopping platform.

I had ordered 1 lingerie sets from suktam costing about total 629 on cod. And i received the parcel via ekart with one cheap set. Not picking up given phone numbers. Fraud email account. Customer fraud. No cancellation method available on site. No contactable numbers shared on site.

No proper details to complaint or ask to return product of that sort.br...

I have ordered a product from suktams as it's appears on instagram ad. But it's delivered the wrong product to me. Now i can't find any contact number y contact them. As they don't have any number 😡.

What i ordered versus what i received is completely different. Not even close to what i ordered. And out of 3 items that i ordered, only 2 were received which was also wrong. This was my first time buying from a website that i only saw an advertisement for and i guess i've learnt my lesson. I have purchased garment from https://suktams.in/ on 28th june COD basis today i have received parcel through EKart but i have receievd wrong product of wrong size now i cant raise complaint or ask for replacement or refund as there email id is incorrect....

I have ordered 3 products on 23 june 2020 out of which i only received 2 products on 28 june 2020 and both are wrong products and of wrong size. It cost me inr 1708.
Please help me either replace the product or refund me back my money. I did cod.

I have order some cloth with SUktams.in on 21st and get on 26th which are for wrong size and clolur .

Need to change and fix the issue

I have order Cloths with order 11083 on 21/6 and received order on 26/6/2020.

when i open the box it has been found that cloths are not of correct size and colour which has been selected for procurement

I have mailed refund or exchange on [protected]@gmail.com but this address is also showing wrong

I placed order on 22/June 2020 - it was a "cash on deliver" order - Order No :11278. I received the parcel thru Ekart on 25/ June2020 & when i opened the parcel was very surprised to see a fake - cheap product sent to me. Now i am trying to chase them, can't even find their website & the mail sent to them is bouncing back. their mail id thru which I got a mail confirmation was [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly help me trace these culprits....

I ordered clothing from this site and received the delivery through ekart. I paid 1164/- through card payment. The product i received was not the same infact low quality and only 1 as i paid for 2 products i ordered.
There is no contact information on the website as well my order history shows payment pending.
I reached out to delivery boy (Ekart) he said the payment will be updated in 2-3 hours now it's more than 24...
