I have only two months of pending emi and current month - without any initiamation and recovery exective reached my home and harresed me and taken the my car and documents even after i request will pay immediate two months emi and handed over the cash on hands but still without listening - being sealed my car - post speaking with branch - agreed to realize the car once approval receive from head office where iam ready to clear dues - but...

I had a car loan with sundaram finance Calicut office. the loan term got over and given the NOC few days back, but they didn't give the second key of the car which they kept with them at the time of contract made.Now they are saying that the key is not with them and they cant do anything on this matter. what can I do get the key back?...
