Super Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir
I am shaweta from udhampur, jammu and kashmir writing this complaint on the behalf of my father who is a senior citizen and not able to go outside.
My consumer number s-3864 and gas agency name is - super gas agency.
I booked my gas cylinder on 15.3.2020 (Online booking) with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date and cash memo-[protected]...

When there was a problem about gas cylinders, i called the person the delivery boy claimed as owner. He started it all with a shouting tone, as if he is the owner for myself altogether. And he talks rubbing like we go for other gas companies, as we don’t have money to pay for super gas. I had to drop the call to stop him talk.
And he claims he will never pay the advance i paid at any cost....

I am working in Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS, Min.of HRD, Govt.of India. My consumer No. with HP Super Gas Agency, Kumarapuram is 611714.

I booked for a cylinder on 20.11.2008 . When I contacted the gas agency I am toild that the booking is billed and ready for delivery on 5.12.08 . The delivery man brought the cylinder to my house on 06.12.2008, but I was not there. I again called the delivery boy and told “since I am working...
