We have taken mil subscription till 7th June 2022 but the company has announced closure without processing the refund...

Hi I have a issue with Super wallet amount transferring to source account, Supr daily saying my amount to source account but bank not received and i have shared refund id to bank team .I have raised mail to Bank team and bank team confirmed 'Not received', Same i have conveyed to supr daily and dropped a mail to [protected]@suprdaily .com no response and chat team and customer team no proper response simply saying there end transfed . This was regarding the Supr app where the offer was on Mother dairy milk. If I subscribe for 30 days i will get 5 days extra milk free however i didnt got 5 days free milk. I have chatted with their customer care executive with no resolution.

I have raised a complaint to [protected]@suprdaily.com also but there is no solution. I had been given assurance that the coupon beneift will be directly added in my account. But nothing happened....

Supr daily has committed a fraud.they have took money from me but not delivering order .its a proper case of customer harrassment....

Hi Team, I had subscribed for monthly milk subscription on 2-Sep to start subscription on 5-Sep. Till 23-Sep, they have missed 4 deliveries (5th, 9th, 14th and 23rd). However in the app, they upload fake photos and mark it as delivered. On contacting the customer care, they always refund the amount and fake assurance that they will take actions and this issue will not be repeated. Also we dropped several emails to them, and got no response....

The amount got debited from card but got added to supr wallet as the item was not available at the delivery date which was mentioned before placing order. My milk delivery is paus d since 1 st sept and the same was not even informed to me, first it was paused for 4 days now extended till 11th sept....

I have placed an order yesterday evening, it has not been delivered yet. I tried calling multiple times the customer care. Finally one person picked up and put on hold for quite long time then disconnected. I want refund immediately and if the same incidence is repeated I will uninstrall suprdaily and post the same on facebook. Hi, I have subscribed for milk and have clearly instructed that the delivery should be done by 6.00 am.
It has been more the 3 months now but everyday milk gets delivered after 8.30 am.
Inspite of raising this complaint everyday no one from the supr team is bothered to resolve the issue.

Milk was delivered but money was debted. Inspite of many complaints, issue was not resolved.

Very very bad and worst service. Order lene ke or online payment karwa kar baad me not delivery in your area bolte hai or payment bhi aapne wallet me refund krt hai. So over all my experience we suggest plz don't west your time in download and other process...

I added some balance to supr daily and it got added to grocery wallet. When I try to purchase grocery, coupon code and grocery balance can't be used simultaneously.

Thereby trucking customers to buy everything at MRP WHEN THE MARKET PRICE IS EASY CHEAPER THAN MRP.

They have added Milky Mist Mango Yogurt 100g (MRP Rs. 60). However, the MRP of the product is rs. 30
I have sent multiple emails and contact. Still refund not issued.
Still the mobile app is showing incorrect pricing...

Inspite of opting for "do not ring doorbell" the delivery executive rings the doorbell everyday at 6am. made multiple complains at customer service but issue not resolved. also pleaded them that we have a 8 months pregnant female at home and a 80yr old senior citizen and both of them are sleep issues and when the delivery person rings the bell at 6am the entire family gets disturbed.

My first experience with the Supr Daily app that supplies door step groceries, vegetables milk etc turned out to be a nightmare.
