My battery waranty card lost by garage macanic...

I and my family traveled to bangalore-mysore - ooty trip on 13-aug-17 to 15-aug, they mentioned in the itinerary as standard a/c rooms but they have not give at least good rooms without ac. They charged 18, 000 thousand. I felt very bad with this travels.
It should not happen with others. Please take action.
They are maintaining multiple websites mentioned below and doing fraud with people.
