I am facing a petrol tank rusting problem. The neck of the petrol tank has rusted and now there is a visible hole near the neck. This rusting was reported many times to the service centre. The service centre used to clean the tank with some liquid/paste.

Hi i bought a Suzuki gs150r from Malad suzuki on 25-02-10.My bikes every painted part has bubbles popping up after 2mnths and the disc break is rusted swing arm is rusted paint has come out of the engine got a horrible avg of around 35kms on highway at an avg speed disc break makes some weird noise when breaking at 60kms speed,if i ride the bike at 66 to 67kms the bike is loosing power,gear shifting has been horrible as compared to what butter...

GS150R is an utter worst bike,i am using it since Feb 2009 though. In no ways it's a 150cc bike. gives good Mileage but what's the use with low power/pickup. Complaints can be many but to list few, Engine noise is too much, gear shifting is like a pain in the butt, god must help to bear chain noise.

I don't expect my complaint will bring any difference to Suzuki but i want few people atleast not commit the same...

I had purchased my suzuki GS150R bike on 10/11/2009(Ghaziabad). For the first 500KM it was good. After that problem comes one after the other. First of all engine making noise and pickup got down. then front disc brake making noise. I am very satisfied with my GS150R, [No: TN 74 P 8304] till 20500Km, after 2500KM there is an unwanted noise arise from engine. So in my second service I made this complaint to the service engineer from SMK Suzuki, Porur, Chennai. But they are not able to solve that and the sound still remains, so in my third service again I made this complaint to SMK Suzuki Velachery, Chennai. They also not able to solve this problem even they took 10 days...

Its a very good bike, great power, good mileage and excellent refinement.

ONLY problem I have faced till now.. is the chain hitting the chain cover, in spite of repeated adjustments. There is no response from Suzuki customer care, nor they have a helpline. The service center guy just adjusts the chain every time I complain about chain hitting the chain cover.

Else I find the bike FANTASTIC... I am thinking of...

IS THIS WORTH TO BUY SUZUKI ?

the bike is good, , but customer assitance is pathtic . its been 2wice i have complaint against some problems but unfortunately result is zero. so a question arises that did i commit any mistake to buy this bike .
