I got message from icici bank onn18 july for returned cheque through swift air express... On 20 july i got call from courier side and i provide them my full address and contact information and they said i'll get my courier on 22 july... But i didn't get... Again after calling so many time they pick my call on 27 july and they said they not have full address with them though i provide them already, again as they ask i tell my address and contact...

How can a good company like ICICI is still using this vendor for courier service. I had very bad experience earlier too and complained.

[ Are they related to somebody in the BANK. there is not evaluation process.

I have recd mesg from BANK on returned cheque 5 days back. I am struggling to track. The tracking on the website just does not work. No eslaction numbers

I have not yet received my rejected check sent through ICICI bank by swift air express courier service on 3rd May, 2017. Company's website tracking is not working and always says that AWB no id incorrect. I am regularly calling them on phone on[protected]/11/12/13 from 6th May, 2017 onward daily maximum of time they do not pic the call and when pick I got the same response that we are looking into this issue.
