Abnormal Noise

After the purchase of the Dzire (Vxi) from Vipul Motors - Noida; all three services upto 10,000 Km done by Karnal Motors - Karnal (Haryana) and after the last service of the vehicle, abnormal body and doors noise has been observed. This problem was especially brought into the knowledge of the servicing dealer, but in vain; problem hadn't rectified.

Service Complaint

I had to give my Dezire for 2nd Service in Popular Automobiles in Trivandrum. They had misplaced my Service book and Rosary brought from Israel due to their negligence. Even after raising a complaint they never bothered to call me to update the status of my belongings. I hope misplacing Service hand book is never heard of. Hope these automobile dealers appoint personel with responsibility....

Getting premium (extra money)

Taken booking of swift dizire ZDi and next week returned my cheque

I booked swift dezire zdi paying 75000/-(cheque) with sagar automobile on 21-June-08. Sagar give all documents except the receipt of 75000/-

When I asked about receipt for the 75000/- they keep on postpone'ing. Finally i told them to return the cheque and will return the cheque when they are ready to give the receipt. They returned the cheque and i am still waiting for the call - Cheque is still with me with all the copy's...
