I've applied for synd arogya health insurance policy at new nallakunta syndicate bank branch on 23/10/2018 with dd no - 430553 amounted rs.7683/-. I am a retired staff. Continuing the policy for more than 6 yrs. Since renewal reminder was not received i could not renew the policy and expired now on enquiring i am informed i can renew but will loose the benefits of continuity. Is there any way i can renew the policy at this stage.

Every time i have to get a dd created in syndicate bank and call person to collect it.

My policy due on[protected], due to 2nd SAT, & SUNDAY, Policy amount will not be accepted by U.I.I.Co., . Now what is the fate of customer at this
stage my request is you have to oblige on the very next day i.e., on Monday.

I had paid renewal amount of RS. 3539/- towards the renewal of my mediclaim policy No. [protected]P[protected] during August 2015.
I had also received renewal notice form United India Insurance Co.Ltd., . Policy expiry date was 18.08.2015.
Till date I have not received any documents for renewal of policy from you.

Have taken a Plan B policy(including Parents) on Feb.2015. Still haven't received any policy document. And there is no update on it. I should need to submit the bond for Tax declaration. Trying to reach customer care many times, they don't even bother to receive the calls. Kindly help me out....
