no health check information in last 5 years

we are having mediclaim policy since last 5 years, only my mother has been treated two times no other family member utilized it, we are sorry to inform that not a single time we received any information for pre medical health check in last 5 years, from united insurance.we tried help line we did not find any help, we drooped mail no reply.

Renewal intimation not received

I am a retired staff. Continuing the policy for more than 6 yrs. Since renewal reminder was not received i could not renew the policy and expired now on enquiring i am informed i can renew but will loose the benefits of continuity. Is there any way i can renew the policy at this stage.

I am not able to pay premium online

Dear sir,

I have syndarogya health insurance.
I have submitted the premium in 2011, 2012 i missed paying in 2013, so i had to again start. I have paid in 2014 and 2015.

Every time i have to get a dd created in syndicate bank and call person to collect it.

It will be great help if we can have an online premium submission option like any other policy in the world. I struggled to find the...

Auto renewal — req.,

My policy due on[protected], due to 2nd SAT, & SUNDAY, Policy amount will not be accepted by U.I.I.Co., . Now what is the fate of customer at this
stage my request is you have to oblige on the very next day i.e., on Monday.

Further, though I have given instructions to the bank, for auto renewal by debiting the amount from my S.B.account, which they are not at all doing.
