T24 sim card not activated for past 1 month

I bought T24 sim card [protected] 1 month back and it was not activated till today. If i call to T24 call center, they say please call 59059. How can i call to that number with my sim getting activated. They don't any other number to call from other operators. Please help in resolving this issue.
