The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

on 3-6-2009 in got sms saying, your mobile no has won the$ 3, 000, 000 in orange mobile INTL graw in UK..
and they also given 4 digit pin code.. and they asked to e-mail at [protected]@live.com
even after sending the message, no replay came from them. can your bord helm me to get those money......

I recieved a message in my mobile, ie "Your mobile number has won 3, 000, 000 in the ongoing orange INTL draws in uk" .The e-mail id "[protected]@live.co.uk is included in the message.
I want to know about it....

Claiming the own reward .
I have received a message to my mobile No. [protected] on 03/06/2009, stating that "YOUR MOBILE NUMBER HAS WON $3, 000, 000 IN THE ONGOING ORANGE INTL DRAWS IN "UK" YOUR PIN IN ----, e-mail to [protected]@live.com.
