I am residing in new delhi. Yesterday, when i was trying to recharge my dth services (Sun direct), the amount of rs.1150/- got wrongly credited to the account of talence technologies, mumbai. My bank and myself are trying to contact the talence technologies people, but they are unavailable.

It is requested that my amount of rs.1150/- may immediately be returned back to me. My phone no. Is 0-[protected]

I had recharged my videocon d2h account from your website, for rs. 254+ rs.8 (Processing charge) on 31st january 2019. But it has not been recharged, it's still showing insufficient balance. An amount of rs.262 has been deducted from my account.

Please check the failure of recharge and requesting to refund the amount

I attempted to recharge my tatasky through the above site on 7/11/2018. Rs 308 was deducted from my account but recharge not done.

Below in the message i got via sms and i could see the amount deducted from my bank a/c
