Iam travelling to gandhipuram from narasipuram in TN38 N2550. Suddenly driver stop the bus and get out. Iam in emergency. I need to catch up with train. It was repeatly happened please take action on driver and please maintain correct timing....

I arrived at the pickup point (koyambedu) as they said in website.But when i arrived they telling me that the pickup point is tambaram.its 20km apart from where i am.Unbelivable right?..I had to pay 350 rupees for rapido to go there..when i arrived at pickup point the driver is scolding me..This is the worst possible transport service in india....

I am "Muthukumar" and my age is "20".I booked my ticket and i credited my money 301 INR using gpay.my money is debited by them successfully but it shows that "the transaction is failed" and my ticket is not booked

I've booked seat no 5 on 20jan2020 in taste portal, and i'm mention my gender (Female) too. When i book my bus nobody were booked near to me. The conductor to harder, he doesn't know how to handle passenger. The worst ever bus this. Attached is my ticket screenshot.

Please update the ticket booking process in tnstc. The worst website ever....

On 01/05/2018, I tried to book 1 ticket from Chennai to Hosur in SETC. Amount Rs.330 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I thought it was some network problem and again I tried to book same ticket so finally twice Rs.330 amount was debited from bank totally 660 and refund the amount as soon as possible. Hi am Arun Selva Kumar, on 11-Oct-2015 traveled from Madurai to Chennai at SETC Airbus. PNR number is T[protected]Bus timing 8.15pm at Mattuthavani bus stand- Madurai, Route no-137v, Bus ID no: E-2316 & Trip Code: 2015MADCHE)

Bus started exactly by 8.15pm on last night and by nearing to Trichy had a heavy rain till Villupuram rain continues...

Nearly about 2.30 hours (160 KMs) every one the bus were standing...

When just entered into the busstand,there was a bus coming towards us very closely and fastly. Just because there was an KSRTC bus coiming on the other side we could move anywhere immediately. Mettur Dam stand in night time there nobady in enqury section that means the traffic controler is not in there. so we want informations in night time Buses for Bangalore and Mysore.
And we wainted in so many hours nobady is to give information about Bus .we have this problem.so please stia one TC in Mettur Dam Bus station.
