We are the subscriber of Tanwar Gas service through subscriber no. 1192566, in Pitampura Delhi.
We have been getting under weighed cylinders for a long time which we suspected. This time we checked the weight which was 4.5 kg lesser than the mentioned weight and we went to their office to complain about it. They are not listening to us and not replacing the cylinder although the seal is fixed by them and we have not even opened the seal.
