With reference to my complaint regarding the Rectification of my name in Post paid Connection of Tata Mobile, I would like to thank Mr. Sarfraz Vanoo of Corporate office for the prompt action taken by him for the rectification of my name in my post paid mobile connection. After posting my complaint, my problem was solved within 12 hours. This promptness & help is appreciable.
I hope to get the same help & support from Tata...

One of your agents had come to me an collected Rs 999 for a new connection. However when I inquired with your office, I was told that they had not received any application. The money was taken from me by an agent sent by Digital Solutions, R-51, 1st Floor, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.

I had received calls from Tata Indicom No.[protected]...
