Our side is minimum sms only use but the billing extra payment rs.112 sms local others + 14 sms local tata mobile number so please kindly help me.

customer care not response able so please kindly your side help me....

They are just fraud and they activate various funny and awkward things in your mobile and when you call up to say that those things has happened the Customer care guys just tell you that it is not thier fault but ours and do you think that we are that idot to activate such things for ourself I spoke to the agent called "RAVI at 10.01 PM from I had called from DELHI" when I requested to speak with the Supervisor he said I am transferring...
