I have purchased 2 micro SD card (128GB+64GB) from Tata Cliq with order id[protected].
I have paid total of rs 1646 for the order including 98 rs delivery charge (rs 49 for each card).
But they send wrong item to me instead of one Micro SD card (64gb).
I want to replace the item with wrongly send item but there is no option for this, there is only option for return.
I placed the return request and item was returned.br...

Very bad app they not refund my money yet fraud company order I'd[protected]. For refund I'm waiting from 50 days but Ccare saying your problems solving by social media fraud team.
But I'm not getting any solutions...

I have purchased the Kent Excell Plus 7L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier from tatacliq.com and is delivered with missing water tank package.

After following up with TataCliq customer care, either missing part is delivered or return request is processed.

The product I received is unusable without water tank item. I feel helpless after following up for 20 days with TataCliq customer care....
