No response on service calls

We have never ever experienced such a pathetic service support. That too from a corporate company. Unbelievable.
This is the second time they are trying to let us down. The first one was nearly three months before. There was some connection problem for our vsnl broadband. We reported the complaint several times over phone and by mail. Nobody has turned up and we did not receive even a phone call from their side atleast for one month....

Pathetic Customer Service

non receiving of prompt service

I am a customer of vsnl broadband for almost 3 years. i have been lodging complaints for frequent interruption of connection for almost 6 months by telephone. the problem is that eventhough i have ups there is no internet connection for at least for 4 hours during day time everyday in Alappuzha. i I have lodged thid complaint to Mr.Nobil and Mr.Sitaram at Ernakulam before but every complaints goes to a deaf ear.i have disconnected my...

Refund of money

Tata VSNL decided to rollback services in Hyderabad from Jun 30. Customers who prepaid the amount were promised refund within 30 days.
Now when you phone up customer service they say that they cannot refund because account is suspended and not terminated. They do not know who will terminate and so they cannot help

As they cannot help customer can say TATA to their money

MisLeading Information by Sales Executive

Sales Executive of TATA Vsnl Broadband Co. are cheats. They just say anything to get their product sold and later on their department admits that Sales people are everywhere wrong and customer should verify all the facts what sales people are saying with the company.

i am using vsnl broad band from a long time. i always use to face problems of disconnection and company rectify my problems in 2-3 days but this time i am facing disconnection from last twenty days and company is giving no response after a lot of complaints.vsnl company is asking for bill of that time duration when i havent used any internet connection and if i ask why my connection is disconnected they told me that you havent paid our bill...
